Multi-Eyed Mutant Chicken

So as I had a little time to myself this March, I decided to take one of my drawings and turn it into an animation. But! I took it a step further. Due to my lack of Adobe After Effects on my computer, I tried to use an OLD version of Adobe Flash CS5 to create this animation… God I need a copy of After Effects 😦

I sketched out this guy bored one day on this private beach on Long Island:

Then I digitally painted this on my Wacom Intuos Pro tablet in Autodesk’s SketchBook Express:

Last I created some clouds in Affinity Designer and animated this guy in Adobe Flash, I think I messed up in rendering somewhere – might need to look that up, but it came out okay for my testing:

Slightly Stoopid Poster Contest – Digital Illustration By Evan Munoz | TalentHouse.com

Talenthouse is an excellent site for artists in almost any media!  This site brings together talented aspiring artists, established artists, and branding professionals.  Here you can collaborate with almost any field that is looking to get ideas for their campaign.  Over the passed couple weeks I have been working on a poster collaboration with the band Slightly Stoopid for their Spring tour of 2014.  This collaboration was open to anyone in the U.S. and the winner receives a prize of $500 and Tickets to a concert of their choice along with exposure to all of their social media outlets.  Perfect timing for me because I just received a Wacom Tablet for sketching on the computer.

Insane Illustrations! When I say INSANE! I mean INSANE!!! | by Jason Heuser

I think i speak for everyone when I say, we all love concept art!  But when you think of concept art, you think of video game characters or fictional movie characters like aliens or monsters.  For Jason Heuser he imagines the Presidents of the United States!  That’s right the Presidents in crazy, insane, ridiculous scenarios!!! Some of these literally had me cracking up and laughing out loud at my desk this morning, especially the Ben Franklin VS. Zeus!!!

If you’re like me and were spitting up your coffee out of uncontrollable laughter, you can see the rest by clicking the link below:

Playful… Yet Dark | Illustrations | By Scott Martin

I love to draw and sometimes I find my work a bit dark even if i don’t mean to.  Well Scott Martin from Burnt Toast a Motion & Design Company has created work that is both Playful… Yet Dark at the same time!  I feel like I am drawn to this style a lot.  His work you almost have to do a double take to catch something you didn’t see at a quick glance.  Great work! Check it out below.

3D Artist Kleber Darcio | Daily Inspiration

I love pin-up art and found Kleber Darcia a 3D artist from Sao Paulo, Brazil.  His work really makes my jaw drop with the amount of realism and detail he puts into his work.  But at the same time he does have a cartoony fun side.

Check out his art bellow, I’m loving the Shaggy and Thelma pic!
