Creative Graphic Design Resumes | Along with my NEW Resume Re-design | by Evan Munoz

As creative professionals, everything we do has to be creative in someway!  At least that is how I feel, so why not dress up your resume?  After all as designers, isn’t our job to organize data in a more visually pleasing manor?  With that being said I found an article on inspirationfeed.com that inspired me to Re-design my resume to make it look like a designer created it.  What do you guys think about this topic?  Should designers keep a standard resume or a more graphic oriented resume?

Andddddd as promised here is my take on this topic.  Please let me know what you think!  Would you hire me if you saw this?

3D Illustrated Typography | by Lex Wilson

I have recently shown a great interest in Typography and have seen many different things done, but nothing like this!  Lex Wilson an illustrator and graphic designer from Cambridge, UK shows off his illustration skills and his knowledge of type in these highly creative uses of typography.  I am definitely going to try some of these myself!

MTV’s “Group Hug” | By Sehsucht Design Agency

I don’t watch much T.V., but I saw this for MTV and I thought it was the cutest most well designed happy thing I have ever seen in my entire life!  Although only 20 seconds of this beautifully illustrated world, artists at Sehsucht Design Agency in Germany have you begging for more!  A grey woodland field is illuminated by neon creatures! check out the video.

Do you like Star Wars? What about Andy Warhol? Well GOOD! Designer Chug Kong has combined them both, so you don’t need to have 2 Google Chrome tabs open to view artwork from both at the same time.  Check out his illustrations very minimalistic and amazingly creative at the same time!

This Piece just makes me want to run to Dunkin’ Donuts for some coffee and donuts.

3D Artist Kleber Darcio | Daily Inspiration

I love pin-up art and found Kleber Darcia a 3D artist from Sao Paulo, Brazil.  His work really makes my jaw drop with the amount of realism and detail he puts into his work.  But at the same time he does have a cartoony fun side.
